Tshekisho Plaatje
Sol Plaatje was the
first Secretary-General of the African National Congress. He was a journalist
and a novelist, among other things.

Sol Plaatje also
wrote the epic novel “Mhudi”, published in 1913. It does not appear to be on
the Internet, but it does appear to be available in hard copy still.
